Leakage of the intestinal walls, accompanied by intestinal intolerances, causes the penetration of intestinal toxins directly into the bloodstream and negatively affects health.

Who is gluten-free diet dedicated for?
A gluten-free diet should only be used by people who really need it. We are talking about for example people suffering from gluten intolerance. It manifests itself as follows after consumption of products containing gluten:
- flatulence and abdominal pain
- diarrhea
- skin changes that are rash and skin dry
- headaches
- irritability and insomnia

If you notice these symptoms after eating flour, porridge, bread or pasta - consider switching to a gluten-free diet.
If, however, the decision to switch to a gluten-free diet is dictated only by trends and whims - make sure that this diet does not do more harm than good.
Gluten-free diet is not for everybody
A gluten-free diet precludes the intake of the majority of cereal-derived products, thus being a very elimination diet.
Therefore, we get rid of the perfect source of carbohydrates, but also vitamins from the group B, magnesium, zinc, iron, calcium or copper.
Also deficiencies of vitamin D or folic acid are noted. These nutrients are necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system, the body's immune system and metabolism.
Ready to eat gluten-free products
Ready-to-eat gluten-free products are very heavily processed products which, in order to eliminate gluten from cereals, undergo advanced industrial food processing.
Certainly, this type of products can not be said to be healthy and valuable.
So if you do not have to - do not avoid gluten. Gluten-free diet should be used for a long time, some recommend it to continue throughout life.
Can you imagine how difficult it is to avoid significant nutritional deficiencies in such a long period?
